A monthly statement will be sent to you. Within four to six weeks, most insurance companies will reply. If your bill does not display your insurance payment within that time frame, please contact our office. You are responsible for any leftover debt once your insurance has been paid. Your fast payment is greatly appreciated. We can set up a monthly payment plan for you, but this must be done before the treatment.
